Showing Up Imperfectly
This week, Erin shares the struggle of choosing perfection over connection which started in childhood and progressed throughout her adult life. Erin shares her awareness of the cost of her perfectionism through an experience with equine therapy during a phase of her relational recovery she calls her “avoidant crisis.” In this phase, she acknowledges that she learned about what not to do but didn’t know how to show up in healthy ways. We hope you enjoy this episode and would love to hear from you about how you relate! Support the Inner RAE podcast by rating, subscribing, and sharing.
