Trusting the Peace
This week, Katie and Erin discuss trusting the peace and building capacity in your nervous system to support it. Everyone has this universal experience of getting healthier and falling back into the traps of what’s familiar. Erin and Katie discuss tools and curriculum that bring awareness to chaos and conflict which will lead to the action steps needed to cultivate more peace.
